Quick and easy vegetarian meals can go far beyond a handful of nuts and berries. We know that living a vegetarian lifestyle (or even just cutting back on meat) doesn’t have to limit the variety of delicious recipes you can prepare. Easy Chickpea Shawarma Wraps

If you’ve been on the hunt for vegetarian recipes that include bold flavors, this chickpea shawarma is sure to be a winner (and you can make it in only 15 minutes!). Start by cooking chickpeas over medium heat and add an impressive array of spices (garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, turmeric, cinnamon). Once the chickpeas are toasted after about ten minutes, set them aside while you prepare the rest of the wraps. Garden Fresh Burritos
