Autumn Nachos are a fall favorite! And this appetizer is ready in just 15 minutes. Mission Rounds Tortilla Chips topped with a spicy melted cheddar cheese sauce and garnished with spiralized sweet potatoes, chopped heirloom tomatoes and chives make a colorful attractive dish. Use apple juice or your favorite white wine in the sauce depending on your crowd. Or make two batches - because Autumn Nachos are so fast and easy. Then just watch them disappear. For an extra Halloween touch, add drops of sour cream with a black olive slice to look like eyeballs.
