The Garden Fresh Burritos Recipe wraps up a colorful and tasty assortment of vegetables into an Organic Flour Tortilla. Boil peeled and diced sweet potatoes until tender. Meanwhile, saute onion with red and green peppers in olive oil. Assemble the burrito ingredients into a warmed tortilla by first adding baby spinach and then the cooked sweet potatoes, onions and peppers.
