The Mexican Air Fryer Chicken Tacos Recipe takes a little prep time that is well worth the effort! Refrigerate boneless and skinless cubes of chicken thigh meat in a bowl of buttermilk and hot sauce for at least four hours or overnight. Dredge the chicken in a mixture of flour, cumin, chili powder, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dip into the remaining buttermilk and dredge again. Let the pieces dry out for ten minutes on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Next, spray the airfryer and chicken with cooking spray and then cook the chicken for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Add the chicken to warmed Soft Taco Flour Tortillas with shredded purple cabbage, pickled jalapenos, diced cucumbers, fresh cilantro, guacamole, and salsa for a crunchy yet refreshing dinner dish.
