Poke is a Hawaiian style dish using raw fish, typically tuna, that is marinated in soy sauce. For these Tuna Poke Tacos cut a pound of raw sashimi-grade tuna into ½ inch cubes. Then add the tuna to a marinade of soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, scallions, sesame seeds, and crushed red pepper for five minutes. Top with avocado if desired and then roll into tortillas. Then imagine yourself sitting on a Hawaiian island as you bite into your delectable creation.

There is something truly tasty about spicing up mild tuna with hot sauce! These Crispy Tuna Tostadas make for a quick protein-packed snack or lunch. Mix canned tuna with lemon juice and hot sauce. Then place the tuna mixture on a Baked Tostada with lettuce and shredded carrots. Serve with a side of yogurt or mayo mixed with olive oil to cool down the heat.
