    Mission Street Tacos White Corn Tortillas, warmed
  • 1

    Strip skirt steak (about 1 pound)
  • 2

    Avocados, sliced
  • 1

    Medium onion, diced
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Cumin
  • Chili powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Lime, optional


  • Step 1

    Sprinkle steak with salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder. Heat a medium, heavy skillet over medium-high until hot. Cook steak, turning once, until browned on both sides but still pink inside, 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer to a cutting board and set aside.
