    Mission Whole Wheat+ Honey Oat Tortilla Wraps, warmed

    lbs. Beef brisket
  • 2

    tsp. Salt, divided
  • 1

    tsp. Black pepper
  • 2

    Large onions, sliced
  • 6

    Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2

    cups Beef broth
  • 2

    tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 4

    cups Green cabbage, shredded
  • ½

    cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 2

    tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1

    tbsp. Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS


  • Step 1

    Turn slow cooker on low. Season brisket with 1½ teaspoons salt and pepper.

  • Step 2

    Place onions and garlic in slow cooker and add broth and soy sauce. Place brisket on top, fatty side up. Cover and cook until very tender, 6-8 hours. Let rest 20 minutes, then slice.

  • Step 3

    While brisket cooks, in a medium bowl combine cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, oil, and ½ teaspoon salt. Top wraps with brisket, then garnish with slaw. Fold in sides, then fold bottom of wrap over filling and roll up tightly. Cut in half and serve.
