    tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 2

    Portobello mushrooms, sliced
  • 1

    Green bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1

    Medium onion, thinly sliced
  • ½

    tsp. Salt
  • ½

    tsp. Black pepper
  • ½

    tsp. Ground cumin
  • 1

    cup Pico de Gallo
  • 1

    Large avocado, pitted and diced
  • ½

    cup Greek yogurt, low-fat

INSTRUCTIONS


  • Step 1

    In a large skillet heat oil over medium. Add mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, salt, pepper, and cumin and sauté until softened, about 8 minutes.

  • Step 2

    To serve, divide mushroom mixture between wraps and top with pico de gallo, avocado, and yogurt.
