Mission Organic Uncooked Corn Tortillas, cooked according to packaging directions; set aside, keep warm -

cups shredded cooked rotisserie chicken -

Tbsp prepared pesto sauce -

Tbsp Ranch dressing -

cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1
In small bowl mix together shredded chicken and pesto sauce.

Step 2
To assemble taco: Spread about 2 teaspoons Ranch dressing on one flour tortilla, then down center place about ½ cup shredded chicken, and ¼ cup shredded cheese. Roll up or fold in half to serve. Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.

Step 3
If desired, tortilla can be folded in half, placed on medium high hot skillet, then cover and cook first side for 40 seconds; turn over tortilla and cook second side for additional 30 seconds. Remove from heat and cut in half.
