    Mission Whole Wheat+ Sprouted Whole Wheat Tortilla Wraps, warmed
  • 2

    teaspoons vegetable oil
  • ¼

    cup diced yellow onion
  • 1

    cup egg whites or whites from 8 large eggs
  • ½

    teaspoon salt
  • ¼

    teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼

    teaspoon garlic powder
  • cup sliced jarred roasted red bell peppers
  • 2

    cups lightly packed baby spinach
  • ½

    cup crumbled feta


  • Step 1

    Heat oil in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until softened, 2-3 minutes. Add egg whites, salt, pepper and garlic. Stir until scrambled, then stir in peppers.

  • Step 2

    Lay wraps flat and top with spinach-egg mixture and feta. Fold in sides, then fold bottom of wrap over filling and roll up tightly.
