lbs chicken breast, thinly sliced
Shawarma spice rub (recipe below)

lime wedges, cut into wedges

cup Greek yogurt
4
garlic cloves, minced

tbsp mayo
1
lemon, juiced
Salt, to taste
2
cups shredded lettuce
1
cup red onions, sliced
½
cup tomatoes, diced
Cornichon pickles, sliced (on the side)
For shawarma spice rub:
2
tbsp coriander
2
tbsp cardamom
2
tbsp oregano
2
tbsp turmeric
1
tbsp smoked paprika
2
tbsp salt
1
tbsp black pepper
Instructions
Step 1:
To prepare the shawarma spice rub, combine coriander, cardamom, oregano, turmeric, smoked paprika, salt and
black pepper in a small bowl.
Step 2:
Rub the shawarma spice mix onto the thinly sliced chicken breasts and set aside.
Step 3:
In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, mayo, lemon juice and salt. Stir well and set aside.
Step 4:
To assemble the wraps, warm the tortillas. Divide the chicken evenly in the center of each tortilla. Top with the Greek
yogurt sauce, shredded lettuce, red onions, tomatoes and cornichon pickles.
Step 5:
Fold up the bottom of the tortilla over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
Step 6:
Serve with lime wedges and extra Greek yogurt sauce on the side.
