oz Bulk chorizo sausage
cup Shredded pepper jack cheese
cup Sour cream
Large avocado, pitted and diced
(12oz) Pickled sliced jalapeños, drained
Preheat oven to 400℉.
In a large skillet over medium heat cook chorizo, breaking up meat with a spoon, until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
Place tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Top each chip with a small spoonful of chorizo, then sprinkle a little cheese on each chip. Bake until cheese is melted and browned, 8-10 minutes.
Top each chip with a small spoonful of sour cream, a piece of avocado, a pickled jalapeño slice, and a cilantro sprig. Serve immediately.
