1bag Mission Thin & Crispy Tortilla Chips
½cup dried cranberries
1cup warm water
2heads garlic cloves
8ounce whipped cream cheese
Let cream cheese sit and bring to room temp.
Meanwhile, soak the cranberries in warm water for 20-30 minutes until they begin to plump up.
Remove skins from roasted garlic and mash into a fine paste.
Fold cranberries and roasted garlic into the cream cheese.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve in a bowl with Mission Thin & Crispy Tortilla Chips.
