  1. DESCRIPTION:This sweepstakes is generally referred to as the “Promotion” in these Official Rules. The Promotion shall consist of one hundred ten (110) separate and independent sweepstakes (each a “Store Promotion”), each with its own separate pool of entrants and prize. Each Promotion will be held at its own store location (“Promotion Store”) and have its own start and end period (“Promotion Period”), each with its own drawing (collectively “Promotion Drawings,” individually “Promotion Drawing”) as set forth in the chart below. Entry into each Store Promotion is separate. Entry into the Promotion Drawing for one Store Promotion is not entry into the Promotion Drawing for any other Store Promotion. The computer clock of Administrator is the official time­keeping device in the Promotion.
  2. ELIGIBILITY: Each Store Promotion is open only to legal residents of Texas, USA who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Gruma Corporation d/b/a Mission Foods (“Sponsor”), and Texas Multi Tele Ventas, Inc. (“Administrator”) and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and fulfillment and marketing agencies, (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Void anywhere not listed above and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations.
  3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To participate in any Store Promotion, visit a Promotion Store location during its Promotion Period and retrieve one (1) entry ticket from the Store Promotion display inside the Promotion Store. Potential winners must be present to verify eligibility and claim the prize at the time of the Promotion Drawing in order to win. Selected potential winners are subject to eligibility verification and will not be awarded a prize if ineligible to participate in the Promotion. Potential winners will not be awarded a prize if not present at the time of the Promotion Drawing.
  4. ENTRY & PRIZE LIMITATIONS: Limit of one (1) entry per person per Store Promotion. Limit (1) prize per person for the entire Promotion, regardless how many individual Store Promotions you No substitution or transfer of any prize or cash alternative permitted, except by the Sponsor who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, if prize, or portion of prize, becomes unavailable. If during prize verification it is discovered that you entered or attempted to enter more than the stated limit, the Administrator may disqualify you, or your Entries may be voided. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Promotion Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or undelivered prizes.
  5. WINNER SELECTION/ODDS: The winning ticket number for each Store Promotion will be drawn and announced at the Promotion Store during each Promotion Period. To win, the Entrant whose ticket number is selected must be present at the time that winning number is announcement. The potential winning Entrant must present the ticket with the winning number to Administrator. Administrator will verify potential winning Entrant’s eligibility prior to awarding any prize. If the Entrant with the winning ticket number is not present or does not claim the prize, Administrator will draw and announce another winning ticket number from the remaining entries that were collected during that Promotion Period. The odds of winning in any individual Store Promotion depend on the number of eligible entries received for that individual Store Promotion. Must be present to win.
  6. PRIZES/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: There are a total of one hundred ten (110) prizes available. Each prize is one (1) Tailgate Prize Pack, each consisting of two (2) folding outdoor chairs, one (1) Coleman®* wheeled cooler, and one (1) cooler with shoulder strap. The approximate retail value of each Tailgate Prize Pack is $103.00. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable, but no other substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted. Sponsor is obligated to award only the prizes stated above.  Any unclaimed prize may be awarded to a randomly selected entrant of Promotion at Administrator’s sole discretion. * Coleman® is a registered trademark of The Coleman Company, Inc. which does not endorse, support, or sponsor this Promotion.
  7. GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, and all of his/her Entries, who tampers with the entry process. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, photograph and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation in any and all media now known or hereinafter without territorial restriction (except where prohibited by law). BY ENTERING, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.   8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Promotion Parties shall not be responsible or liable for Entries that are late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, damaged, illegible, or otherwise not in compliance with these official rules, and all such Entries will be disqualified. By entering the Promotion, you agree: (i) to be bound by these official rules and by all applicable laws and all decisions of the judges which shall be binding  and final; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to the official rules; (iii) to waive all rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against any of the Promotion Parties; and (iv) TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS EACH OF THE PROMOTION PARTIES AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS AND/OR ASSIGNS AND THEIR ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENGIES FROM ANY LIABILITY (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LIABILITY FOR ANY PROPERTY LOSS, DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, BODILY INJURY, DEATH, LOSS, EXPENSE, ACCIDENT, DELAY, INCONVENIENCE OR IRREGULARITY), COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE OUTSIDE ATTORNEY’S FEES) THAT MAY ARISE IN CONNECTION WITH: (A) YOUR PARTICIPATION OR INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION, (B) TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS IN THE OFFICIAL RULES OR ANY PROMOTION PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS, (C) ACCEPTANCE OR POSSESSION, DEFECTS IN, USE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE AN PRIZE (OR ANY COMPONENT THEREOF), (D) ANY CHANGE BY ANY COMPANY OR ANY OTHER PERSON PROVIDING  ANY OF THE COMPONENTS OF A PRIZE DUE TO REASONS BEYOND ANY OF THE PROMOTION PARTIES’ CONTROL OR AS OTHERWISE PERMITTED HEREUNDER, (E) ANY INTERRUPTIONS IN OR POSTPONEMENT, CANCELLATION, OR MODIFICATION OF THE PROMOTION, (F) HUMAN ERROR, (G) INCORRECT OR INACCURATE TRANSCRIPTION, RECEIPT OR TRANSMISSION OF ANY PART OF THE ENTRY (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ENTRY INFORMATION OR ANY PARTS THEREOF), (H) ANY  LOST/DELAYED DATA TRANSMISSIONS, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, DEFECTS, AND/OR ANY OTHER ERRORS OR MALFUNCTIONS, (I) ANY WRONGFUL, NEGLIGENT, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACT OR OMISSIONS ON THE PART OF ANY OF THE PROMOTION PARTIES, OR ANY OF THEIR AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES, OR (J) ANY OTHER CAUSE, CONDITION OR EVENT WHATSOEVER BEYOND THE CONTROL OF ANY ONE OR MORE OF THE PROMOTION PARTIES. ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS PROMOTION, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. Each winner hereby acknowledges that the Promotion Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize or component thereof, including any express or implied warranties provided by any of the prize suppliers associated with this Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorney’s fees.
  9. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of yours, entrants, winners, or the Promotion Parties in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction), which might otherwise cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the State of Texas. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-convenience or lack of personal jurisdiction they

TAX INFORMATION: All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. A 1099 Form (preceded by a W9 Form) will be issued to any winner of a prize valued over $600.
  11. WINNER LIST: For the names of the winners in the various Store Promotions, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Mission October 2022 Tailgate Prize Pack Winner List, c/o Texas Multi Tele Ventas, Inc., 5633 Richmond Ave., Houston, TX 77057. Requests must be received within 30 days after the end of the final Promotion.
