cup coarsely crushed Mission Thin & Crispy Tortilla Chips -

lb ground beef -

cup chopped onion -

package taco seasoning -

cups shredded coleslaw mixture (containing red cabbage and carrots) -

cup chopped green leaf lettuce leaves -

cup salsa -

cup finely shredded cheddar cheese -

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1
In large skillet brown ground beef with onion until beef is no longer pink; drain fat and return to skillet. Add taco seasoning and water; cook according to package directions.

Step 2
Remove taco meat from heat and stir in coleslaw mixture. Divide meat mixture evenly into 4 bowls.

Step 3
Top each bowl with ¼ cup lettuce, 1 tablespoon salsa, ¼ cup tortilla chips, 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon sour cream and 1 tablespoon guacamole. Serve immediately.
