

Beer Cheese & Buffalo Chicken Dip

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Prepare Baking Dish
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease shallow 1-quart baking dish.

Step 2: Mix Dip
Using electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth; beat in buffalo sauce and sour cream. Stir in beer until smooth. (We recommend a crisp pilsner like Modelo Especial.) Fold in 1 cup of the chicken and cheese.

Step 3: Bake Dip
Transfer beer cheese and buffalo chicken mixture to prepared dish; top with remaining chicken and blue cheese. Bake dip for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbling and golden brown.

Serve your beer cheese and buffalo chicken warm with tortilla chips.

Tip
Fold in 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon, if desired. For a spicy dip, add 1 to 2 minced jalapeño peppers.
