Mission Organics Flour Tortillas
tbsp unsalted butter
tbsp turbinado or brown sugar
Bartlett pears, cored, thinly sliced
tsp ground cinnamon
cup cream cheese
whipped cream (optional)
Heat butter in medium non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Stir in sugar, mixing constantly until syrup forms, 1 to 2 minutes. Add pear slices. Cook pears carefully in syrup stirring occasionally for about 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add cinnamon. Mix gently.
Warm tortillas for 10 to 15 seconds on each side on an ungreased pan.
Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons cream cheese onto each tortilla, then add a layer of the pear mixture. Fold each tortilla in half and top with whipped cream.
