oz mild fish fillets -

cups chopped red cabbage -
1
cup fresh cilantro -
½
fresh lime -
hot sauce
INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1
Add cinnamon, nutmeg, paprika, salt and pepper together in a small bowl and mix well. Stir into the oil.

Spray a shallow baking pan with cooking spray and place fish onto the pan.

Pour marinade over fish and let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Remove and broil the fish (about 4" from the flame) for 3 - 5 minutes or until the fish is flaky.

Once the fish is cooked, place the tortillas in foil and put them in the warm oven for just a few minutes to heat them.

Step 6
Drizzle the fish with freshly squeezed lime juice. Then divide and place onto the tortillas.

Assemble the tacos with your toppings: cabbage, fresh cilantro and hot sauce to taste.
