oz mild fish fillets

cups chopped red cabbage

cup fresh cilantro

fresh lime
hot sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Add cinnamon, nutmeg, paprika, salt and pepper together in a small bowl and mix well. Stir into the oil.
Step 2
Spray a shallow baking pan with cooking spray and place fish onto the pan.
Step 3
Pour marinade over fish and let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Remove and broil the fish (about 4″ from the flame) for 3 – 5 minutes or until the fish is flaky.
Step 5
Once the fish is cooked, place the tortillas in foil and put them in the warm oven for just a few minutes to heat them.
Step 6
Drizzle the fish with freshly squeezed lime juice. Then divide and place onto the tortillas.
Step 7
Assemble the tacos with your toppings: cabbage, fresh cilantro and hot sauce to taste.
