Tbsp canola oil
12-oz can Albacore tuna in water, drained
mango cubed, peeled and seeded
15-oz can whole black beans, drained and rinsed
diced roma tomatoes
green onion, sliced
c black olives, sliced (from a jar) black pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in small bowl; stir well.
Place salad mixture in serving bowl. Serve with blue chips.
