cup Pepper Jack cheese, shredded (4oz)
can (7 oz.) pickled sliced jalapeños, drained
cup prepared pico de gallo
Prepare a hot two-zone grill fire or preheat a gas grill on high heat for 10 minutes, then turn one burner down to medium. Alternatively, preheat a grill pan or indoor grill over medium-high heat.
Grill hot dogs, turning frequently, until browned, 6-8 minutes. Once cooked, slice the hot dogs into medallion pieces and set aside.
Place a sheet of aluminum foil onto the grill and line with tortilla chips. Add sliced hot dog pieces onto the tortilla chips and top with cheese, jalapeños and pico de gallo. Heat until cheese begins to melt. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
