Mission Strips Tortilla Chips
8ounce tomatillos, husked and roughly chopped
1small onion, roughly chopped
4chipotles in adobo sauce
¼cup cilantro, roughly chopped
In a food processor or blender, combine tomatillos, onion, chipotles, cilantro, garlic, salt, and sugar. Coarsely puree, leaving the mixture slightly chunky.
Transfer to a bowl and stir in enough water to loosen the mixture to a salsa-like consistency (up to 2 tbsp). Taste and add salt as needed. Serve with Mission Strips Tortilla Chips and enjoy!
