Mission Organics White Corn Tortillas
Tbsp canola oil
thinly sliced turkey deli meat
cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Granny Smith apple, cored, thinly sliced
sour cream (optional)
Lightly brush one side of a tortilla with canola oil and lay it brushed side down in the skillet. Layer sliced turkey, apple slices, and 1 to 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese across tortilla and cook over medium-high heat.
Place second tortilla on top, brush lightly with oil
Cook for 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Carefully turn the quesadilla over and cook for 3 more minutes until quesadilla is light golden brown on both sides. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Cut quesadilla into 4 triangles. Serve warm with a dollop of sour cream, if desired
