  • Mission Tortilla Chips Strips

    oz bacon
  • 2

    large avocados
  • 1

    tablespoon lime juice
  • ½

    teaspoon cumin
  • ½

    cup chopped red onion
  • 1

    tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2

    chipotle chilies in adobo sauce, seeded and chopped
  • 1

    tomato, seeded and diced
  • ¼

    cup cilantro, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS


  • Step 1

    Cook bacon according to package directions.

  • Step 2

    Mash avocados in a medium bowl. Add lime juice and cumin. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  • Step 3

    Gently stir in onion, garlic, chipotle chilies, tomato and cilantro.

  • Step 4

    Store with plastic wrap directly on the surface of the guacamole and refrigerate until ready to serve.
