BBQ Dry Rub Steak Tacos

Step 1

Whisk together the mayonnaise, adobo sauce, lemon juice, garlic and salt to make the aioli. Set aside or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 2

Combine corn, red onion, green chiles, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl to prepare the corn salsa. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 3

Liberally coat steak on all sides with BBQ dry rub. Grill steaks to your liking. Let rest for about 5 minutes before thinly sliced, against the grain.

Step 4

Fill each Soft Taco Flour Tortilla with a generous helping of steak, corn salsa and chipotle aioli.
