    Mission Cauliflower Tortillas
  • cup basil pesto
  • 1

    cup rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • ½

    cup sliced prepared roasted red peppers, drained well
  • 1

    cup finely crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼

    cup torn fresh basil leaves
  • 4

    tsp. balsamic glaze


  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 425˚F. Spread pesto evenly over each tortilla. Top with chicken and red peppers. Scatter feta cheese over top.

  • Step 2

    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and toppings are heated through.

    Scatter basil over top; drizzle with balsamic glaze.
