Chicken Pesto Tortilla Pizza

6Mission Cauliflower Tortillas
⅓cup basil pesto
1cup rotisserie chicken, shredded
½cup sliced prepared roasted red peppers, drained well
1cup finely crumbled feta cheese
¼cup torn fresh basil leaves
4tsp. balsamic glaze
Preheat oven to 425˚F. Spread pesto evenly over each tortilla. Top with chicken and red peppers. Scatter feta cheese over top.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and toppings are heated through.
Scatter basil over top; drizzle with balsamic glaze.
For a vegetarian option, substitute chick’n strips for chicken.
