INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1
Put chicken, chilies, cream cheese, quesadilla cheese, and chipotle peppers in a bowl and combine.

Step 2
Divide the mixture between the Mission Carb Balance Soft Flour Tortillas. Roll tight and place in a baking dish.

Step 3
Once the dish is filled topped with enchilada sauce and cheese. Place in a 400 degree oven and cook until cheese melted, about 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
