lb. American block cheese, cubed
can (15 oz.) no-bean chili
tbsp. chili powder
tsp. cayenne pepper
tbsp. fresh lime juice
In a slow cooker combine cheese, half-and-half, no-bean chili, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, and lime juice. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
Before serving, stir well, taste, and add more lime juice, if needed.
Serve with Mission Rounds Tortilla Chips and enjoy!
