lbs block American cheese, shredded
cup Whole milk
medium Tomato, diced
Tbsp White onion, diced
cloves Garlic, minced
tsp each of Chili powder and onion powder
In a medium skillet, add oil, garlic, and onion and sauté for 3 mins. Once slightly golden brown, add the milk, and flour (whisk until flour is combined).
Add grated cheese and whisk until melted. Add in cilantro and tomato combine and keep the skillet on warm until serving. Enjoy with some Mission Thin & Crispy Tortilla Chips.
