lb. Turkey breast, ground -

tbsp. Olive oil -

tsp. Greek gyro seasoning -

cup Cucumber, diced -
¼
cup Red onion, diced -
¼
cup Pinto beans, prepared -

cup Lettuce, shredded -

cup Tzatziki sauce, prepared -
Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1
In a sauté pan, over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add the ground turkey and Greek seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through. Season with salt to taste.

Step 2
Warm the tortilla wraps. Place ½ cup of cooked, seasoned turkey into each tortilla wrap. Top the turkey with 1 tbsp. diced cucumber, 1 tbsp. diced red onion, 1 tbsp. pinto beans, ¼ cup of shredded lettuce, and 1 tbsp. tzatziki sauce.
