Mission Extra Thin Yellow Corn Tortillas
lbs Boneless skinless chicken breasts, butterflied and pounded thin
Tbsp Dry garlic herb seasoning
Tbsp Olive oil
medium Tomatoes, diced
cup freshly chopped Cilantro
medium Red onion, diced
Your favorite hot sauce
Avocado or sliced jalapeños (optional)
Prepare the chicken and sprinkle with garlic herb seasoning. Then add to a large gallon storage or freezer bag and add lime juice and olive oil. Mix well in bag and let marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours before grilling.
Prepare all toppings and heat grill to high. Grill chicken on each side until done (about 5-6 minutes per side), or until internal temperature is 165°. Remove chicken from grill and let rest 5 – 10 minutes before slicing for tacos.
Heat tortillas on grill for about 30 seconds per side, or just until warmed. Serve and enjoy!
