Italian Chicken Wraps

Step 1

Heat oil in large skillet. Add chicken tenders, cook until no longer pink and meat thermometer reaches 165 degrees F.

Step 2

Reduce heat to low, add tomato vodka sauce. Cook an additional 2 minutes until sauce is heated, turning chicken once.

Step 3

To assemble wrap: In center of warm wrap place 1/4 cup arugula. Top with 2 chicken tenders (spooning small amount of sauce over chicken), 2 tsp mozzarella, 1 Tbsp parmesan and 1 tsp basil.

Step 4

Fold two ends toward center and roll; cut in half. Repeat with remaining wraps and ingredients.
