Mission Street Tacos Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortillas, warmed
lb. Ground beef
tbsp. Steak seasoning
tbsp. Olive oil
Cheddar cheese slices (small, each about 2 inches square)
tbsp. Sriracha hot sauce
tbsp. Dijon mustard
Avocado, peeled and thinly sliced
Tomato slices, small
Preheat oven to 425˚F. Mix together ground beef and steak seasoning; divide into 6 portions and shape into 1/2-inch thick patties. Brush with olive oil.
Arrange on parchment paper–lined baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, adding cheese slice to each patty in the last minute of cooking.
Meanwhile, warm tortillas according to package directions. Spread 1 tsp. each sriracha and mustard onto 6 tortillas. Top with cheeseburgers, arugula, avocado and tomato slices. Cap with remaining tortillas.
Add crispy cooked bacon for bacon cheeseburgers. Substitute ground turkey or pork for beef.
