INGREDIENTS

    Mission Whole Wheat+ Chia & Quinoa Tortilla Wraps, warmed
  • 2

    tsp. Vegetable oil
  • 8

    oz. Chicken breakfast sausage
  • 9

    Large eggs
  • ¼

    tsp. Salt
  • 1

    cup (4 oz) Monterey Jack cheese
  • 6

    tbsp. Salsa or Pico de Gallo

INSTRUCTIONS


  • Step 1

    In a nonstick skillet heat oil over medium. Add sausage and cook, breaking up meat, until cooked through, 6-8 minutes. Transfer to a small bowl.

  • Step 2

    Place skillet back on the heat. In a medium bowl whisk eggs with salt. Add eggs to skillet and cook, stirring until scrambled. Then stir in sausage.

  • Step 3

    Lay wraps flat. Divide egg mixture, cheese, and salsa between wraps. Fold in sides, then fold bottom of wraps over filling and roll up tightly. Serve immediately.
