6Mission Whole Wheat+ Chia & Quinoa Tortilla Wraps, warmed
2tsp. Vegetable oil
8oz. Chicken breakfast sausage
1cup (4 oz) Monterey Jack cheese
6tbsp. Salsa or Pico de Gallo
In a nonstick skillet heat oil over medium. Add sausage and cook, breaking up meat, until cooked through, 6-8 minutes. Transfer to a small bowl.
Place skillet back on the heat. In a medium bowl whisk eggs with salt. Add eggs to skillet and cook, stirring until scrambled. Then stir in sausage.
Lay wraps flat. Divide egg mixture, cheese, and salsa between wraps. Fold in sides, then fold bottom of wraps over filling and roll up tightly. Serve immediately.
