cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half

cup green peppers, sliced thin

cup carrots, peeled and sliced thin
Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in large saucepan over medium high heat. Add jalapeño pepper and minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Step 2
Add grated cheese and keep stirring until cheese is completely melted.
Step 3
Add cumin, onion powder, salt and pepper and stir until combined.
Step 4
Pour dip into large bowl. Top with fresh carrots and peppers.
Step 5
Serve warm with tortilla chips!
