INGREDIENTS

    bags Mission Strips Tortilla Chips
  • 1 ½

    lbs chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 8

    oz Full fat cream cheese, softened
  • ½

    cup Hot (or Buffalo) sauce
  • cup Ranch dressing
  • 1

    tsp Garlic powder
  • 8

    oz Sharp cheddar cheese, grated and divided
  • Chopped chives and crumbled blue cheese for topping

INSTRUCTIONS


  • Step 1

    Combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder and ⅔ of the cheddar cheese in the slow cooker (2qt or larger).

  • Step 2

    Cook on LOW for 1.5 hours, then stir and add the remaining cheese. Cover and cook for 30 more minutes or until hot and bubbly.

  • Step 3

    Top with the chives and crumbled blue cheese and serve with Mission Strips Tortilla Chips.
