11oz can fiesta style corn
tablespoon olive oil
tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
teaspoon pepper sauce

Drain your can of corn and add to a bowl. Seed and dice your two tomatoes. Chop the green onion and cilantro. Then, add these ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
In a small bowl, add the juice of one lime, olive oil and pepper sauce. Mix well. Then add to salsa bowl and mix.
Remove the peel and pit from your avocado. Dice and add to salsa bowl. Then toss well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips.
Toast corn tortillas over open flame or in pan until slightly browned Add in diced chicken and top with sweet corn salsa.
