Turkey Apple Cheddar Wraps

Step 1

Cut apple in quarters, remove core and seeds, and thinly slice.

Step 2

In a large bowl whisk to combine vinegar, mustard, honey and oil. Add arugula, apples, and cranberries and toss evenly to coat.

Step 3

Lay out tortillas on a clean work surface and layer each with turkey, cheese and apple-arugula salad. Fold in one end then roll tightly to create wrap.
