    Mission Street Tacos Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortillas, warmed
  • cup Sour cream
  • 1

    tsp. Lime zest
  • 2

    tbsp. Lime juice
  • Pinch each salt and pepper
  • 12

    slices Bacon, cooked crisp
  • 1

    Avocado, peeled and cut into 24 slices
  • 2

    cups Iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1

    cup Grape tomatoes, halved

INSTRUCTIONS


  • Step 1

    Stir together sour cream, lime zest, lime juice, salt and pepper.

  • Step 2

    Warm tortillas according to package directions. Assemble bacon, avocado, lettuce and tomatoes in warm tortillas. Drizzle with sour cream mixture.

  • Tip

    Substitute romaine or Boston lettuce for iceberg lettuce, if desired.
