cups Broccoli florets, small -

Green onions, thinly sliced -

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1
Whisk together soy sauce, 1/3 cup water, sesame paste, sesame oil, ginger and garlic; set aside.

Heat oil in wok or large skillet set over high heat. Cook beef and broccoli, stirring constantly, for 2 to 3 minutes or until beef is browned and broccoli is slightly softened. Stir in green onions and pepper and cook, stirring for 1 minute.

Stir in soy sauce mixture and bring to boil. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until beef is cooked, broccoli is tender-crisp and sauce is thickened.

Meanwhile, warm tortillas according to package directions. Spoon beef mixture evenly onto tortillas, leaving 1-inch border all around. Fold up bottom of tortilla over filling, then fold in sides and roll up tightly starting from the bottom.

Add sliced avocado to wrap, if desired.
