Step 1

Stir together tuna, green onions, mayonnaise, hot sauce, lime zest, lime juice, cilantro, mustard, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Spoon tuna mixture evenly down the center of each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border at both ends. Top with coleslaw, carrots and cucumbers. Fold up bottom of each tortilla over filling, then fold in sides and starting from bottom, roll up tightly.
